The Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification
The Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification is the international gold standard in tax.
This qualification covers everything you need to know to work in tax. Broad tax technical knowledge, coupled with a deep understanding of tax legislation, is the bedrock of the qualification. You will also develop and hone the full range of professional skills you will need throughout your tax career.
This course is designed for those who are working full time. It's flexible - study at a time and place that suit you. There are winter and summer courses and multiple exam sittings each year. The course is offered in Dublin, Athlone, Cork as well as online.
Depending on your degree or professional qualification, you may be entitled to certain exemptions from Part 1 of the qualification. Check here to check your exemptions.
