The firm is structured around three integrated departments, Business, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Commercial Property, which, together with a number of specialist units including Intellectual Property, Banking and Financial Services and Employment to combine the knowledge of all our solicitors and ensuring clients have maximum exposure to skills and experience relevant to their requirements.

Our Corporate & Commercial Department is the largest of our three departments and comprises a number of successful specialist units that work closely with the other departments within the firm. The firm maintains an outstanding reputation particularly in banking and financial services, intellectual property, EU and competition, and employment. Other practice areas of major strength within the firm are mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring, and pensions. The Department advises an extensive client base on a range of commercial transactions and other matters.

Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department houses one of the top teams of litigators in the city. The team act in numerous high profile cases, including representing clients before the recently introduced Commercial Court, requiring intensive activity and fast turnaround. This department continues to expand its litigation, arbitration and mediation services for commercial clients in the Irish courts and in international disputes.

The Commercial Property Department is enjoying rapid growth, acting and advising on all aspects of commercial property transactions in Ireland. We have a strong technical and commercial capability whilst also liaising with appropriate experts and professionals in other disciplines in the property field. We regularly advise on premium value property transactions in Ireland including for semi-state bodies.

Our legal expertise is augmented by the excellent support provided by our secretarial and accounting staff, IT department, and our library and information centre.
