The ISI holds bootcamps every Saturday and Sunday morning at 12 o'clock at our facility on the Malahide Road. These sessions are open to both male and female participants from an intermediate to advanced level.

These sessions suit people of various fitness levels and we guarantee that you will have fun while getting in shape and shedding the unwanted fat. 

Registration is required so please arrive approx 10 minutes before each session.
