The Institute of Directors’ one-day workshop on Corporate Governance for Directors on State Boards will be delivered by Helen Keelan on Monday, 5 November 2012, at the IMI, Sandyford, Dublin. Registration at 8.30am. Places are limited to 20 delegates. The cost is €395 for IoD members (€455 for non-members), to include course materials, lunch and breaks. ABOUT HELEN KEELAN

Helen Keelan has held senior management and finance positions in leading European and US companies - KPMG, Ericsson and Intel.  She now works as a consultant focusing on strategy and governance and has experience of serving on both private and public sector boards. A graduate of University College Dublin (BComm) and post-graduate of Trinity College Dublin (MSc Management), she is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Director.
