A&L Goodbody appoints 6 new Partners

A&L Goodbody, is delighted to announce the appointment of 6 new Partners across a number of practice areas in its Dublin, London and Belfast offices.

Commenting on these appointments Julian Yarr, Managing Partner of A&L Goodbody said:

The newly appointed Partners are Caoimhe Clarkin (Commercial Dispute Resolution), Judith Corbett (Commercial Property), Richard Grey (M&A and Corporate), Ronan Lyons (M&A and Corporate) and Jack Sheehy (Banking & Finance). In addition, Claire Morrissey will be rejoining the Firm in early June as Partner in the IP & Technology Group, having spent six years in London with Slaughter and May and Olswang.

Caoimhe Clarkin specialises in international and domestic commercial disputes, including constitutional and administrative law, director and auditor liability and product liability, spanning a range of financial services litigation including investment funds and insurance litigation.

Judith Corbett advises on all aspects of commercial property law in Northern Ireland, specialising in contentious property, complex commercial property acquisitions and disposals, investment and development work, commercial leasing and PFI/PPP Projects.

Richard Grey specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, equity capital market transactions, corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements, subscriptions and commercial and contractual arrangements.

Ronan Lyons represents leading Irish and international public and private companies across a range of industry sectors. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate advisory work.

Claire Morrissey advises on a broad range of commercial contracts with a particular focus on technology, IP and sourcing agreements. Claire also advises on technology, IP and data aspects of joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions.

Jack Sheehy advises clients on debt capital markets, private equity finance and general banking and restructurings. This includes loan portfolio acquisitions and disposals, high-yield bond issues, securitisation restructurings and the establishment of asset acquisition and loan origination platforms.

The Firm also announced the appointment of 21 new Associates.
