Ronan Daly Jermyn Expands Dublin Property and Real Estate Finance Practice with new Partner appointment

Simon Lynch has joined RDJ as a partner in the firm, further strengthening its Property and Real Estate Finance practice in Dublin.

Simon Lynch has over a decade of experience advising developers, lenders and equity investors in all aspects of financing, secured lending and property investment.  Prior to joining RDJ, he was a team leader in the residential development delivery team within NAMA where he was responsible for devising site strategies, alternative delivery options (licence agreements and joint ventures) and originating significant facilities for large scale developments.
