Deloitte announces 280 graduate positions across Ireland and launches a new online self-assessment tool to help those applying to find the best fit for them

Deloitte has today announced that 280 graduate positions are available across the company. The firm is also highlighting that there are currently 130 open experienced hire roles available across the business.

The graduate positions are available in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Belfast and Galway. There is a diverse range of opportunities across a number of service areas and graduates can join one of eight programmes - audit & assurance, tax, consulting, corporate finance, risk advisory, technology consulting, actuarial, reward & analytics, and the apprentice solicitor programme. Deloitte’s graduate programme was recognised most recently in April of this year when the firm was named Graduate Employer of the Year at the gradireland Graduate Recruitment Awards 2018.

The firm is also currently recruiting for 130 open experienced hire roles across all operating areas of the business, including audit, tax, technology integration, cyber and forensics, digital, blockchain, corporate finance and strategy and operations, amongst others.

Graduates working at Deloitte’s Irish offices saw huge success in professional exams in 2018 - the firm achieved 13% above the national average pass rate this year and a 94% pass rate overall. Furthermore, two of its people placed top in the country in their most recent exams.

Deloitte has also launched a new online self-assessment tool, Find Your Fit, which will help graduates to identify the area of the business that best suits their skills. Hopefuls can take the test online before submitting their application, giving them a better sense of which of Deloitte’s graduate programmes they should apply for.
