Mosley says no budget cap compromise

LONDON (Reuters) - There will be no compromise on the proposed budget cap for Formula One teams next season and the teams will reconsider their positions on the plans, International Automobile Federation's Max Mosley said on Friday.

FIA president Mosley added that Ferrari, who had threatened to pull out of Formula One, were seeking a court injunction in France to put a halt to the rule changes proposed for 2010.

Mosley was speaking after the FIA had held crisis talks with the teams at a Heathrow airport hotel.
