Whether you’re a newly appointed Chair or looking to refresh your approach, our ‘Chairing for Impact: Boards and Committees’ workshop offers practical insights to help you lead with authority and impact . Join experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director and Chartered Director, Marie Collins CDir on this dedicated workshop. Marie will equip you with the skills to lead boards and committees with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Eligible hours: 2.5 hours of Chartered Director CPD.

This session may be eligible for other professional body CPD. Check with your relevant professional body. 

Workshop participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion of the session.

Non-members - €370

Cancellation and refund policy

Places can only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. Cancellations and a full refund will be accepted if received in writing to cpd@iodireland.ie by 5pm on Thursday, 28th October 2026. After this date, no refund will be possible, and all fees will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or non-attendance.
