Sharpen your strategic thinking with our workshop led by Professor Simon Haslam CDir. A board has a critical role to plan in formulating and executing the strategy of an organisation. In this workshop Simon will address how to mitigate risks and limitations and explore strategic decision making.

After this date, no refund will be possible, and all fees will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or non-attendance. Please note this live and interactive series requires live attendance at each session. Unfortunately, recordings will not be available as part of post-session materials.
