As a leading insurance lawyer with over 13 years' experience, Niall re-joins William Fry's Insurance unit where he gained valuable experience for almost seven years prior to joining Pinsent Masons. Niall possesses significant sectoral expertise and his practice covers all aspects of insurance and reinsurance law and regulation, corporate and transaction work including portfolio transfers of life, non-life and reinsurance business and complex corporate restructuring. Niall is ranked in a leading legal directory as the Rising Star for Insurance in Ireland and he lectures on insurance regulation on several of Law Society of Ireland's diploma courses.
