Education boost for Dublin Docklands

A major new report has found that the cost of building a three-bedroom semi-detached house in the Greater Dublin Area has increased by €41,000 over the last four year and now stands at €371K. This is an increase of 12% or 3% averaged over the last four years

Glenveagh Properties is to  provide €90,000 to support an education initiative in the Docklands where the developer is active.  The programme is organised by the Early Learning Initiative at the National College of Ireland and helps parents of children between 18 months and 4 years of age to prepare their children for school.

Glenveagh is one of Ireland’s largest home builders.  The company is on track to complete 1,150 new homes this year with a target of delivering 3,000 units a year from 2024.
